Captain Morgan: The rum of choice

Introduction: Captain Morgan is a company that sells rum. Different types of rum of course white rum, dark rum and the most popular Spiced rum.  Captain Morgan is a rum of choice that is known to be fun and for younger consumers.

How often and when do they post? They often post on twitter and Instagram every couple of days. They have many followers.

Where are they most effective? It seems that they are most effective via Instagram

How do they interact with their audience? They interact through fun images via instagram. The images are not boring and you can tell they  are trying to get consumers attention mostly those of a younger legal age.

What kind of content  do they post? They post fun pictures and their tweets are not as professional but also seem fun.

What is their purpose when they post? They post to engage and to entertain. By doing so they are getting consumers attention into buying their product.

Customer Feedback- They have 23.6 thousand followers on twitter and 32.9 thousand followers on instagram. They only get around 30 retweets but close to 400 likes on their instagram pictures.
